The Planning & Development Services Department has created a new submittal checklist for Unit Lot Subdivision applications. View the new checklist.
Pursuant to Snohomish Municipal Code section 14.20.060(D), the Planning and Development Services Department shall establish and may revise written submittal requirements for each type of land use, project, or other development permit or approval type. When the submittal requirements are changed the public shall be notified of the change and offered the opportunity to comment.
Therefore, a 30-day public comment period for the new Unit Lot Subdivision checklist has been opened and will close on Monday, May 21st at 5:00 p.m. Comments may be submitted to Planning Director Glen Pickus, at 360-282-3173 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
