North Bickford Avenue is in poor road condition with longitudinal cracks, alligator cracking, potholes, and other defects. The project will repair failing pavement areas, install stormwater management facilities in areas previously subjected to flooding, restore the road surface with a grind and overlay, and re-apply the same pavement markings.
