Emblem Snohomish Site Development Plan Notice of Application (SDP26-0042)

City of Snohomish Planning and Development Services Posted on March 17, 2026

A Site Development Plan Notice of Application is issued today for a 17.3-acre mixed-use development located at 2502-2540 Bickford Avenue and comprises seven apartment buildings with 294 total units and approximately 10,000 sf of commercial space in three structures. The project also includes an associated clubhouse, outdoor pool, open space, landscaping and street trees, on-site open and structured parking, critical areas mitigation, Cemetery Creek crossing, and street, utility, and frontage improvements.   (City file #SDP26-0042).  View the Permit Portal record for the Notice and additional details on this proposal.

 

All persons have the right to comment on this application and to request a copy of the decision once made.   Written comments on this notice may be submitted by 4 P.M. April 1, 2026, to the Planning and Development Services Department in person at City Hall, the City Hall payment drop box, or mailed to 116 Union Avenue, Snohomish, WA 98290.
