The Old Snohomish Monroe Rd is currently closed at First St and Lincoln Ave.
The Riverfront Trail along First Street is closed from Avenue D to Cady Landing.
National weather service has updated the flood forecast, the Snohomish River is expected to crest at 30.51 ft at 11 PM tonight and hold until early Saturday morning.

The trail will be closed through the weekend and is expected to re-open Monday after Public Works staff have an opportunity to inspect it.
Even though the flooding is forecasted to be minor. Always:
- Avoid flooded areas - even shallow water can be hazardous
- Do not walk, bike, or drive through standing water - just a few inches can be unpredictable
- Use alternate routes - Follow posted signs and avoid closed trails or pathways
- Stay Informed - Monitor local weather.
