Banners at the Avenue D Roundabout
Non‑profit organizations interested in reserving a date to display their banner at the Avenue D roundabout (north‑facing side only) to promote a special event are invited to complete the application form below.
Banner applications cannot be accepted more than 6 months prior to the installation date.
Banner reservations are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis and may be installed for up to 14 days and cannot be divided into two one week displays. Organizations must supply their own banners, which must meet all specifications outlined in the request form.
Banners must meet the following criteria to be installed:
- Durable vinyl or or mesh material (Vinyl banners must have wind slits)
- 12’ L x 4’ W with reinforced corners and grommets
Banners that tear, rip or become disconnected while installed will not be reinstalled.
The temporary sign permit fee is $25.
Roundabout banners are installed Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.
