This is a non-project action to amend Chapter 14.25 SMC, Definitions; Chapter 14.207 SMC, Land Use Tables; and Chapter 14.212 Pilchuck District Regulations, to define and add indoor emergency housing, permanent supportive housing, co-housing, and treatment facility as new land uses, and to expand the permitted zoning districts for sports clubs.
