A SEPA Determination of Non-Significance is issued for the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update. This is a non-project action to amend the City of Snohomish’s Comprehensive Plan in response to Washington State Growth Management Act (GMA) requirements. The amendments fulfill the GMA requirement that the City periodically conduct a thorough review of the Comprehensive Plan and implement development regulations for consistency with GMA requirements. Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk for the City of Snohomish by 4:00 p.m. on September 23, 2024.
