A Notice of Application and Planned Action Certification is issued today for City File #SL24-0010 to develop a Public Safety & City Services Campus between Third and Fourth Streets on the east side of Pine Avenue and Cypress Avenue directly abutting the Pilchuck River. The project comprises four new structures (Fire Station, City Hall, Public Works Maintenance Shop, and Public Works Vehicle Storage), as well as native landscaping, access driveways, parking lots, outdoor plaza areas, and utilities.
