A Public Hearing before the Hearing Examiner is scheduled for Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 10:00AM for the Wislen Preliminary Plat Planned Residential Development (City file #PRD24-003). The hearing will be hybrid: participants will be able to attend in-person at the Snohomish Carnegie Building or remotely via the Zoom platform using a computer or telephone.
The Wislen Preliminary Plat Planned Residential Development is a proposal for preliminary subdivision of an approximately 12.83-acre site into 39 single-family lots. The project is located at 2003 & 2101 Terrace Avenue and also includes open space, landscaping, street trees, critical areas mitigation, and utility and infrastructure improvements. Public comments submitted by 4 PM on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, will be forwarded to the Hearing Examiner. Written comments, in addition to oral comments, may also be submitted at the hearing.
