A SEPA Determination of Non-Significance is issued for the Traffic and Park Impact Fees Code Amendment. This is a non-project action to repeal and replace Chapters 14.295 SMC, Traffic Impact Fees and Mitigation and 14.300 SMC, Park Impact Fees to bring both chapters into consistency with the updated levels of service that were adopted with the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update and the fee schedule changes adopted by the City Council in December 2024. Both chapters are outdated and will be improved for clarity throughout for improved language and processes for impact fee administration. City File #SEPA25-0037.

Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk for the City of Snohomish by 4:00 p.m. on May 5, 2025.
