[ARCHIVED] Business Park Land Use Regulations Code Amendment Determination of Non-Significance

A SEPA Determination of Non-Significance is issued for the Business Park Land Use Regulations Code Amendment. This is a non-project action to amend Chapter 14.207 SMC Land Use Tables, Chapter 14.210 SMC Dimensional Standards, and Chapter 14.211 SMC Business Park. Amendments to limit the prevalence and visual impact of self-storage uses and relax limitations on multi-family land uses in mixed-use developments by reducing the amount of required associated commercial use and increasing the maximum density from 18 to 24 units per acre. Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk for the City of Snohomish by 4:00 p.m. on August 4, 2025.
