A Notice of Decision is issued for construction of vehicle travel lanes leading to a new bridge over the Snohomish River for southbound traffic. The bridge will be located west of the existing bridge, which will be maintained for northbound traffic. The purpose of the project is to reduce traffic congestion on the highway by increasing capacity.
