A Public Hearing before the Hearing Examiner is scheduled for Monday, April 3, 2023, at 10:00AM for the Snohomish Business Park Mixed Use Project (City File #CUP22-0002 & SDP22-0021). The hearing will be hybrid: participants will be able to attend in-person at the Snohomish Carnegie Building or remotely via the Zoom platform using a computer or telephone.
The Snohomish Business Park Mixed Use Project is a Conditional Use Permit and Site Development Plan for a mixed-use development on approximately 2.44 acres at of an overall 6.17-acre site, consisting of 89 residential units and 12,781 square feet of commercial floor area within a five-story building. The proposed project at 1900 Bickford Avenue includes on-site parking for 144 vehicles, street frontage and utility improvements, and landscaping. Public comments submitted by 4 PM on Friday, March 31, 2023, will be forwarded to the Hearing Examiner. Written comments, in addition to oral comments, may also be submitted at the hearing.
