This is a non-project action to update the City of Snohomish Transportation Master Plan, last adopted in 2015. The Transportation Master Plan is a 20-year planning document that is required by the Growth Management Act and is a key component of the Comprehensive Plan, linking the transportation system to the land use plan. The Plan inventories and analyzes the transportation system, assigns a level of service, and identifies and assigns anticipated funding for future projects to maintain and improve transportation mobility throughout the city for all modes, including pedestrians, bicycles, and motorists.
