[ARCHIVED] Bickford Storage Site Development Plan Determination of Non-Significance (City file #SDP24-0035)

A SEPA Determination of Non-Significance is issued for the proposed construction of an approximately 108,000 sf, three-story self-storage facility on a 3.53-acre site located at 2101 and 2111 Bickford Avenue.  The project also includes associated on-site parking, landscaping, utility, and frontage and site improvements, including wetland buffer mitigation.    View the Permit Portal record for the SEPA Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance, along with other documents related to the proposal.  

 

Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk for the City of Snohomish by 4:00 p.m. on January 31, 2025.
