A Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is issued for the Site Development Plan application for a mixed-use and townhome development adjacent to Avenue D and Bonneville Avenue (addressed as 1201 Bonneville Avenue), consisting of two mixed-use buildings adjacent to Avenue D containing 115 residential units and 106 townhome units on the lower terrace adjacent to Bonneville Avenue. The mixed-use buildings will have underground parking, first floor commercial spaces, and three floors above grade of Avenue D.
