A SEPA Determination of Non-Significance is issued for the NE Sewer Area Repeal Code Amendment. This is a non-project action to repeal references to "NE Sewer Area" originally adopted under Ordinance 2252 due to limited capacity in the sanitary sewer system. Amendments to the Land Use Development Code (Title 14 SMC) will remove the definition, add clarity to submittal requirements, and remove all development restrictions in the area. Amendments to Title 15 SMC, Sewer, Water, and Stormwater, will remove all references entirely. City File #SEPA25-0039.

Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk for the City of Snohomish by 4:00 p.m. on October 6, 2025.
