This is a non-project action to amend Chapter 14.25 Definitions, Chapter 14.207 SMC Land Use Tables, Chapter 14.212 SMC Pilchuck District Development Regulations, and Chapter 14.235 SMC Off-Street Parking, Loading, and Access Requirements to ease restrictions for home-based businesses. Amendments include modifications to the criteria for Home Occupations and adding a new land use for “live-work units” with an associated definition and parking standard. City File #SEPA25-0040.

Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk for the City of Snohomish by 4:00 p.m. on October 6, 2025.
