Snohomish Police Station Phase 2 Remodel

The City of Snohomish is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Snohomish Police Station Phase 2 Remodel at 230 Maple Avenue, for the remodeling of the entry area, Cell office 2 and 3, reduction of window sizes, removal of police sign and sound deadening within the conference room, and other related items.

20 Acre Park Fence Project

The City of Snohomish is seeking bids from qualified contractors for repair, removal and installation of fencing and gates, ecology block barrier, clearing, grubbing, grading, erosion control, miscellaneous surface restoration, and other related items at City property at 20 Lincoln Avenue.

Pre-Bid meeting: 10 a.m. June 12 at the 20 Acre Park boat launch

Engineers estimate: $85,000 to $110,000

The City of Snohomish is seeking a contractor to reconstruct approximately a 1-block portion of Avenue A and install new storm, water and sewer utilities within this same section of roadway.

Engineer’s Estimate Range: $825,000 - $875,000
